Spark House Gallery Privacy Notice

Spark House Studio operates the gallery at sparkhouse.studio/art-gallery. This notice describes the information used for gallery accounts, artwork submissions, offers, purchases, and fulfillment.
Information used by the gallery
When you sign in with Google, the gallery receives your Google account identifier, email address, and basic profile information to create or authenticate your gallery account. The gallery does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, or your Google contacts.
Artist submissions include the artist name, artwork photographs, titles, prices, descriptions, and any optional artwork details provided. Approved artwork information is displayed publicly in the collection and on printed labels. Account email addresses are not published as part of the collection.
Offers include the offer amount and any message provided. Offers are visible to the patron, the relevant artist, and studio administrators. For artwork with competitive offers enabled, the leading amount is public; bidder identity and messages are not public.
Shipping requests include the recipient name and delivery address. The relevant artist and studio administrators can access these details to prepare quotes and arrange fulfillment. Orders record the artwork, price, tax, shipping, payment status, and fulfillment details.
How information is used and shared
The gallery uses this information to manage accounts and submissions, display approved artwork, handle offers and orders, arrange pickup or shipping, send related updates, and provide support.
The gallery uses Webflow for its website, Supabase for account authentication and database/storage services, Stripe for payments and artist payout onboarding, and Resend for gallery email delivery. Google processes Google sign-in requests. Information is processed by these providers as needed to deliver those services. Relevant artists receive information needed to manage offers and fulfill purchases.
Payment card details and artist identity/bank details are entered through Stripe. The gallery stores payment references and status information rather than card numbers or artist bank credentials.
Browser storage
The gallery uses browser storage to maintain sign-in sessions, return you to the requested page, and prevent duplicate checkout requests. Clearing browser storage can sign you out or remove locally saved progress.
Questions and requests
Contact hello@sparkhouse.studio to ask about your gallery information or request correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained to fulfill existing transactions, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable obligations. Identity verification may be needed before responding to a request.
